Chapati maji na shira ya embe (Crepes with mango syrup)
ENGLISH
Chapati maji, also known as crepes internationally. Crepes are common in western countries and loved by most East Africans. With many varieties that are there, most people I know from Tanzania prefer to add eggs. When I visited Lamu, Kenya, I was served a delicious crepe, I then learned that they used rice flour. Not to forget Ethiopians have the best type of crepes called Injera. I have to admit, injera is one of the best type of crepe one can ever eat.
I love mangos very much and one day I decided to try to make mango syrup to eat with crepes and it was perfect. I hope you will like this recipe. Click here to view the recipe.

Nchi zinazoongea kiingereza wanaita chapatimaji crepes.
