Kahawa Maalum - Special coffee ENGLISH

Last year my school mate from Botswana brought me a nice bottle of drink known as Amarula Cream; special spirit from South Africa. He promised me that I would love it. And it was true, I took a sip of it, and I could not stop drinking. But there was a problem, it was very strong. So I decided to do what many people do and mix it with coffee to dilute it.
It is a very good drink for summer. The best part is, you can have it hot during winter and cold during summer. But don’t make it a habit; too much alcohol is not good for you. I hope you will not be adding a tea spoon in your morning coffee every day.

Ingredients
2 tsp - Africafe / any instant coffee
1/2 to 1 cup - Milk (cold or warm)
2 to 4 tbsp - Amarula cream
Sugar to taste
Whipped cream (optional)
Grated dark chocolate (optional)

  • In a liqueur coffee glass, mix milk, coffee and sugar.
  • Add 2 spoons of Amarula, mix well.
  • Add whip cream and chocolate for decoration

    You can use chocolate drink instead of coffee. I prefer to use Africafe or Mbinga coffee from Tanzania, it has a different taste, but you can use any instant coffee.

    Mwaka jana mwanafunzi mwenzangu kutoka Botswana aliniletea pombe kali kutoka Afrika ya kusini ijulikanayo kama Amarula cream. Akanihaidi kuwa nitapanda hicho kunyaji. Alisema ukweli maana nilipoonja sikutaka kuacha kunywa. Lakini Amarula ni kinywaji kikali sana basi nikaamua nifanye kitu ambacho watu wengi wanafanya, nikaamua kuchanganya na kahawa ili nipunguze ukali wa pombe.
    Nikinywaji kizuri wakati wa joto. Kitu kizuri kuhusi mchanganyiko huu wa kahawa maalum ni kuwa; unaweza kunywa cha moto wakati wa baridi, au cha baridi wakati wajoto. Lakini usizoee sana; maana kunya pombe sana si vizuri. Nategemea hutakuwa unaongeza kijiko kidogo kila siku kwenye kahawa yako ya asubuhi.

    Africafe - Vijiko vya chai 2
    Maziwa - Nusu Kikombe mbaka vikombe viwili
    Amarula cream -vijiko vya meza 2 au 4
    Sukari ya kutosha
    Maziwa yaliyo pigwa yakawa kama povu (whipped Cream) (si lazima)
    Chenga chenga za Chokoleti (si lazima)

  • Kwenye glassi ya pombe kali, changanya kahawa na maziwa.
  • Ongeza vijiko viwili vya amarula cream. Changanya vizuri
  • Ongeza maziwa yakupigwa na chenga za chokoleti kupamba
  • .

    Unaweza kutumia chokoleti badala ya kahawa. Mimi napendelea kutumia Africafe au Kahawa ya Mbinga kutoka Tanzania maana ina utamu tofauti. Lakini unaweza kutumia kahawa yoyote unayopenda.
