Africa in general is changing very fast. Though majority can not afford much, but the few who can are trying their best to catch up with the rest of the world. As usual, we always forget about food and how to drink well. It does not make sense to me if I drive an expensive car, go abroad for shopping and wear designer clothes, yet I do not know what glass is for what drink!
We want to eat like the West. That is good, but we do not have to change our menu; all we need to know is how to serve what is there with modern tableware. So today I will talk about bar glassware. Africa yetu inabadilika haraka sana. Ingawa wengi hawana uwezo wowote, lakini wale wachache wenye uwezo wanajitahidi sana. lakini kama kawaida, tunasahau chakula. Sioni maana yoyote kama nina gari zuri, nyumba nzuri, naenda nje kila wakati na pia navaa nguo nzuri, wakati hata sijui gilasi gani ni ya kinywaji gain.
Tunapenda sana kula kama watu wa nje, lakini si lazima tubadilishe chakula chetu, tunachotakiwa ni kujifunza jinsi ya kuhudumia vyakula vyetu kwa kutumia vyombo vya kisasa.
