It only takes a few minutes to make cheese quesadillas with flour tortillas and shredded cheese, which make a delicious snack or quick meal.

 6 (6-inch) fajita size flour tortillas
 1 can (16 oz.)
 ½ Ortega thick
 ½ chopped green bell pepper
 ½ chopped red pepper
 ½ sliced green onion, (about 3)
 ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper, (optional)
 2 4 cheese Mexican blend, (8 oz.)

Preheat oven to 400

Place tortillas on baking sheets

Bake for 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp

Spread refried beans evenly on tortillas

Spread 1 tablespoon taco sauce over beans

Top with bell peppers, green onions and crushed red pepper

Sprinkle with cheese

Bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted

Cut into wedges
