This is a recipe for mini-loaves of bread that only take an hour to make.

 3 c FLOUR
 ¾ c WATER
 1 tb SUGAR
 ½ c MILK
 1 ts SALT
 2 tb BUTTER
 1 pk YEAST RAPID-RISE

SET ASIDE 1 C FLOUR.

IN A LARGE BOWL MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS.

HEAT WATERMILK AND BUTTER TO 125 DEG F.

STIR LIQUID INTO DRY MIX - ADD ENOUGH FLOURTO MAKE SOFT DOUGH.

KNEAD FOR ABOUT 4 MINUTES.

DIVIDE IN HALF AND PLACE IN5 X 8 GREASED PANS.

PLACE PANS IN A LARGE SHALLOW PAN FILLED HALF FULL OF HOT TAP WATER.
