This recipe is for a cheese sauce that can be used on broccoli, or any other vegetable. It is made with cheddar cheese, milk, and flour, and is flavored with mustard and onion powder.
Combine milk and soup.

Conventional: Over medium heat, heat until hot and bubbling, stirringoften.

Microwave: Microwave, uncovered, on high, for 5 minutes or untilbubbling.
Stir half way through cooking.
Serve over vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower or carrots.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups sauce.
