These melt-in-your-mouth holiday snacks are proof that good things can come in small packages. In addition to crabmeat, I've made bite-sized desserts with whipped cream or pudding as the filling.
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix flour and salt, add margarine in until mixture starts to form a ball
Blend in sour cream
Divide dough into 4 parts
Wrap each part and chill several hours
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
On a floured surface, roll each section of dough into a 12x6 inch rectangle
Sprinkle one half each with all remaining ingredients
Fold over into a 6 inch square
Cut the 6 inch squares into 2 inch squares and press the edges together
Continue until all dough is gone
Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 20-25 minutes
