Applesauce Muffins (No Guilt Baking) Recipe

This is a recipe for a healthier version of apple muffins. These muffins are made with whole wheat flour, applesauce, and Greek yogurt.

 1 Large egg
 2 ts Baking powder
 2 tb Vegetable oil
 ½ ts Nutmeg
 1 1/2 c Unsweetened applesauce
 ½ ts Cinnamon
 2 c Flour
 ¾ c Raisins (optional)
 ¾ ts Baking soda

Combine egg, oil and applesauce.

Blend in remaining ingredients.

Bake inno-stick pan, at 425 deg f.

for 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
