Ingredients:1/4 cup creamy peanut butter1/4 cup rice vinegar1 tablespoon honey1 tablespoon soy sauce1 tablespoon vegetable oil1/4 teaspoon ground ginger1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper6 cups coleslaw mix1/4 cup chopped peanutsDirections:1.  2 teaspoons soy sauce
 6 cups thinly sliced Napa cabbage
 6 green onions, sliced thinly
 6 oz. snow peas, sliced lengthwise
 1 large red bell pepper, sliced thinly
 ½ cup roasted peanuts

Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix cabbage and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Toss with just enough dressing to coat.

Save remaining dressing for use at the table. Can be made about three hours before serving. Chill well.
