 3 ea slices bacon
 2 ts tomato paste
 ¾ c all-purpose flour
 ¾ ts dill seed
 6 tb butter, warm
 ¼ ts salt
  c grated Parmesan cheese

Preliminaries: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Procedure: Cut the baconinto thin slivers with scissors or a sharp knife.

Fry until crisp anddrain on paper towels.

Cool.

In a food processor fitted with the metalblade, combine the bacon with the flour, butter, Parmesan, tomatopaste, dill seed and salt.

Process until the dough forms a ball.

Rollthe dough into a 1-1/2 inch diameter cylinder, wrap in wax paper andrefrigerate several hours until firm.

Cut into rounds 1/8 inch thickand place on ungreased baking sheets.
