For these bacon-wrapped pineapple bites, it's best to use fresh pineapple. While canned pineapple chunks are alright—I've used them—fresh cut pineapple is much superior.

INGREDIENTS
9 can pineapple chunks
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
½ tsp. ground ginger
dash of garlic powder
