 4 c Whole wheat flour
 ¼ c Baking powder
 4 c White flour
 2 1/2 ts Lite salt or less or none?
 1 c Dry non-fat milk
 ¼ c Shortening
 2 ts Cream of tarter

FOR PANCAKES2 ea Egg whites2 cBaking Mix1 1/2 cWaterFOR BISCUITS2 cBaking Mix2/3 cWater BAKING MIX:Measure dry ingredients into bowl.

Sift together three times.

Put intolarge bowl; cut in shortening with pastry blender (or two knives) untilsize of small peas.

Spoon onto a lightly oiled grill and cook, turning when bubbles appear.

Measure mix into bowl and add water; stirjust to blend.

Turn onto lightly floured board; knead a few times.
