Basil-Ricotta Sauce Recipe is a creamy and flavorful sauce made with fresh basil, ricotta cheese, and garlic. It's perfect for pasta, chicken, or fish.

15 oz Part skimmed ricotta cheese
¼ c Chicken broth
½ c Fresh chopped basil
2 tb Olive oil
½ c Sliced green onions
2 tb White wine
½ c Roasted red peppers, diced
2 Cloves garlic, minced
¼ c Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
