INGREDIENTS

 1 Potatoes (large)
 ¾ Garlic cloves
 ¼ cup Coriander (chopped)
  tsp Salt
 Black pepper (to taste)
  tbsp Lemon juice
  tbsp Olive oil
 Sunflower oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the sunflower oil on high and deep fry the potatoes until they are golden in color. Remove them from the oil and place them on a plate with paper towels.

Using a pot, fry the crushed garlic in the olive oil on medium heat for a few minutes (don’t let them go brown).

Add the chopped coriander to the garlic and mix well.

Put the heat on low, add the fried potatoes, salt, pepper and lemon and mix gently for about a minute.
