ADD THE ZUCCHINI; SAUTE 1 MINUTE.
INCREASE HEAT TO MEDIUMHIGH, ADD TARRAGON AND MUSTARD TO SKILLET.
STIR UNTIL BLENDED.
REDUCE HEATTO LOW; STIR IN SOUR CREAM.
HEAT THROUGH 1 MINUTE.
DO NOT SIMMER.
