Black Jack BBQ sauce is a Kansas City-style barbecue sauce made with molasses, vinegar, and spices. It is thick and sweet, with a deep, rich flavor.
1 c Strong black coffee
1 c Worcestershire sauce
1 c Catsup
½ c Cider vinegar
½ c Brown sugar
3 tb Chili powder
2 ts Salt
2 c Chopped onions
¼ c Minced hot chili peppers
6 x Cloves garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 25 mins.

Strain or pureein a blender or food processor.
