¼ c walnuts, chopped
2 ea peaches, diced
2 tb honey
2 tb brandy
2 tb apple juice
1 pt honey vanilla ice cream

In a saucepan, combine walnuts, honey, apple juice, butter and peaches.

Stir over low heat just until heated through; do NOT boil.

Remove fromheat and add brandy.
