Brown rice salad is a recipe that includes brown rice, vegetables, and a dressing.
1 ea salad:
½ c chopped onion
4 c brown rice, cooked
1 ea Dressing:
½ c swiss cheese, grated
3 tb olive oil
1 cn (6.5 oz) tuna (optional)
1 ts lemon juice
2 tb fresh chopped parsley
2 tb mayonnaise
2 ea tomatoes, cubed
1 ds cayenne

Combine and toss salad ingredients.

Add dressing.

Chill at least 1 hourto allow flavors to blend.
