INGREDIENTS
⅓ cup Bulgur (white, coarse, 'Burghul' in Arabic)
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tbsp Sunflower oil
⅔ cup Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the sunflower oil and bulgur in a pot and heat on high for a minute while stirring.

Add the water and salt and mix. Cover and bring to a boil on high heat, then reduce the heat to low and cook until done (about 40 minutes). Occasionally stir the bulgur.
