Cantaloupe fruit salad is a light, refreshing dish that is perfect for summer gatherings. This salad is made with fresh cantaloupe, honeydew, and watermelon, and is accented with mint and lime.

 2 ea Med. Cantaloupes
 1 c Finely Chopped Walnuts
 1 ea Large Pineapple
 1 ea Large Apple
 1 c Raisins
 1 x Low-fat Yogurt
 1 c Fresh Shredded Coconut

Remove rind and seeds from cantaloupeCored, Peeled, and cut into small chunks.

Cored and cut into small chunks.

Cut the cantaloupes into small chunks and mix with all the other fruits andthe walnuts in a large Salad bowl.
