 1 ea lemon, juiced
 2 1/2 tb cornstarch
 1 1/2 c boiling water
 2 1/3 tb butter

In a saucepan, mix together brown sugar and cornstarch.

Add butter,lemon juice and water.

Cook until thickened, stirring occasionally.
