Cheddary scalloped potatoes is a dish made with thinly sliced potatoes, milk, butter, and grated cheddar cheese. The potatoes are layered in a baking dish and baked until tender and golden brown.

⅛ ts Pepper
1 sm Onion
4 md Potatoes, cooked, sliced -
10 3/4 oz Broccoli cheese soup
3 1/2 cups
⅓ c Milk

In a skillet over medoim heat, in hot margarine, cook onion untiltender.

Stir in soup, milk, and pepper.

Heat to boiling, add potatoes.

Reduceheat to low.

Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirringoccasionally.
