Cheese twists are a savory snack made with cheese, flour, and butter. The dough is rolled out, then cut into strips and twisted into spirals. The spirals are then baked until golden brown.

 ¼ c cheddar cheese, shredded
 1 c grated Parmesan cheese
 2 tb butter, melted

On half of rectangles, brush surface with melted butter.

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Twisteach strip 4 or 5 times.

Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degreesfor 12 minutes until brown.
