Chicken Breasts With Lime Butter Recipe

This is a recipe for chicken breasts that are baked with a lime butter sauce. The chicken breasts are first marinated in a lime juice and olive oil mixture, and then baked in the oven. Once they are cooked, they are smothered in a buttery lime sauce.

 6 ea skined, boned chicken breast
 ½ ts dried dill weed
 1 ds Salt and ground pepper
 1 ea Juice of 1 lime

6 TB butter1 TB minced chives3 TB vegetable oilSeason chicken with salt and pepper.

In a large fry pan, heat oil overmedium heat.

Add chicken and saute for 4 minutes, until lightly browned.

Turn chicken, cover, and reduce heat to low.

Cook 10 minutes or untiltender.

Remove to a platter and keep warm.

Discard oil and wipe out pan.

Add lime juice and cook over low heat until bubbly.

Add butter, stirringuntil butter becomes opaque and sauce thickens.

Stir in Chives and dill.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon over chicken and serve.
