 1 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
 1 package Knorr Onin Soup Mix
 2 cups thinly sliced carrots
 2 cups broccoli florets
 2 cups quartered mushrooms
 ¾ cup light or regular sour cream
 2 tablespoons corn starch

In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken; brown on both sides. Drain off fat.

Add water and tarragon; stir in soup mix. Cover and simmer 25 minutes.

Add vegetables; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Remove chicken to platter.

Mix sour cream and corn starch; stir into vegetable mixture. Bring to boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Spoon sauce and vegetables over chicken. Serve with rice or noodl
