IN A 10 NONSTICK SKILLET, COMBINE MARGARINE AND OIL AND HEAT UNTIL MELTED.

ADD CHICKEN AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT, TURNING ONCE, UNTIL COOKED THROUGHAND LIGHTLY BROWNED, 2 TO 3 MINUTES PER SIDE.
