The four ingredients for homemade chili cheese dip—chili, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and salsa—can be prepared either on the stovetop or in a slow cooker.

INGREDIENTS
1 box Pillsbury Ready-Crusts
1 can chopped green chillies
2 shredded cheese (I use the bag of shredded "Mexican" or "pizza" cheeses)
INSTRUCTIONS

Place 1 pie crust on a pizza pan

Spread on cheeses

Evenly distribute green chillies on top of cheeses

Top with remaining pie crust

Seal edges of pie crusts with a fork and prick top pie crust generously

Sprinkle chili powder on top crust

Bake in preheated 450

Serve with salsa and sour cream
