Chinese Vegetables Recipe

 2 c Celery, sliced
  c Bamboo shoots
 1 c Onion, sliced
  c Water chestnut
 2 tb Peanut oil
 2 tb Cornstarch
 10 oz Chicken broth, can
 1 tb Soy sauce
 16 oz Bean sprout;can
 cooked

In a skillet or wok, cook diagonally sliced celery and onion in oil tilltender.

Add remaining ingredients except rice.

Cook over low heat, stirringtill thickened.

Serve over rice with additional soy sauce.
