A chocolate glaze is a shiny, smooth coating made from melted chocolate and cream. It's often used to finish cakes, pastries, and other desserts.To make a chocolate glaze, heat chocolate and cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly before using.

 6 oz Chocolate chips
 2 tb Milk
 4 tb Butter

Combine all ingredients in a double boiler, over hot, but not boilingwater.

Stir until chips are melted.
