A chocolate pudding cake is a cake that contains chocolate pudding in the batter. The pudding makes the cake moist and gives it a rich chocolate flavor.
Melt unsweetened chocolate.
In a medium bowl, beat together chocolate,sugar, flour, oil, baking soda, salt, vanilla and water.
Beat 2 minutes.
Add instant pudding mix and beat only until well blended.
Pour intolightly oiled 7 x 12-inch baking dish, and bake at 350 degrees for about30-35 minutes.
Let cool and frost, if desired.
