1 c Crab meat
2 tb Parsley, minced
1 tb Bread crumbs
12 ea Mushroom stems, chopped fine
1 tb Onions, minced
12 ea Mushroom caps
1 tb Parmesan cheese, grated
1 ea Egg, beaten
1 ts Salt
1 x Louisiana hot sauce, to tast

In a bowl, mix crab meat, bread crumbs, onion s, cheese, salt,parsley, and chopped mushroom stems.

Add beaten egg and hotsauce, to taste.

Stuff mixture into mushroom caps.

Bake at300 degrees until tender, 15 to 30 minutes.

Serve it hot.
