There really is no one definitive recipe for crazy cake, as the name suggests, it is a bit of a mish-mash! However, the key ingredients are usually flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, vegetable oil, and vinegar. Sometimes eggs are also included.
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda in an 8-inch square pan.
Make three holes in the mixture.
Put the vinegar in one, the oil inanother and the vanilla in the third.
pour cold water over all and stir tomix well.
Bake at 350 deg f.
for 25 minutes.
Dust top with confectionerssugar.
