This recipe is for a type of cream cheese spread that is often used on sandwiches or as a dip. It is made with cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream, and is often flavored with garlic, onion, or herbs.

BATTER:1 cmaple syrup1/2 ts baking powder3 ea eggs1/2 ts baking soda2 ts vanilla1/2 cnuts2 tb cream1/4 ts almond extract2 cwhite unbleached flour For the filling, combine butter and cream cheese with maple syrup; setaside.

Spoon remaining batterover the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Top will be goldenbrown, perhaps with some whitie peeking through.
