Crunchy French Toast (Star 11/23/92) Recipe

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.2. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.3. Place bread in the egg mixture, making sure each piece is well coated.4. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.5. Add coated bread to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2 minutes per side.6. Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit.

  c Milk
  c Crushed corn flakes
 2 ts Sugar
 3 tb Butter
 ¼ ts Cinnamon
 4 Slices of white bread

Heatbutter in a skillet over medium heat.

Dip bread in egg mixture, then incorn flakes mixture.
