Enchilada casserole is a dish made from layering enchilada sauce, tortillas, and fillings such as cheese, beans, and meat. It is then baked until hot and bubbly.

 1 lb Ground beef
 8 oz Sauce can water
 1 ts Garlic powder
 12 Corn tortillas
 1 md Onion, chopped
 10 1/2 oz Can cream of chicken soup
 2 tb Chili powder
 ½ Soup can milk
 8 oz Tomato sauce
 1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef with garlic powder and onion.

Drain.

Add chili powder,tomato sauce and water.

Stir.

Line a 9 x 13 pan (coated with cookingspray) with 6 tortillas.

Pour meat mixture into pan.

Add second layer oftortillas.

Combine soup and milk, pour over tortillas.

Top with cheese.

Bake at 350 deg f for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until top is slightlybrowned.
