Green beans in tomato sauce are a straightforward and delectable side dish. Fresh garlic, sweet tomatoes, and tender green beans.
In a pot on high heat, lightly fry the onion and sliced garlic in the olive oil.
Optional: Add the green chili and mix.
Add the green beans and mix.
Add the tomato and salt and mix. Then cover and let simmer on medium heat until cooked (about 25 min), stir occasionally.
Uncover, add the crushed garlic and coriander, and let simmer for a few minutes until the sauce dries a bit.
