Fish 'N Flakes is a recipe that can be used to make a meal or snack. It is made by combining fish, bread crumbs, and spices, then frying the mixture in oil.

 ½ ts SAFFFLOWER OIL
  c SKIMMED MILK
 1 x SEASON TO TASTE
  c CRUSHED CORN FLAKES

RINSE AND PAT DRY FILLETS.

DIP FILLETS IN MILK THEN ROLL IN CORN FLAKESLET STAND BRIEFLY SO CRUMBS ADHERE.

BRUSH THE OIL AROUND THE BOTTOM OF A 9X 9 PAN.

PLACE FILLETS IN PAN, SEASON, AND BAKE (UNCOVERED) AT 400 F.

FOR10 MINUTES, TURNING AFTER 5 MINUTES.
