 1 tb Vegetable oil
 1 tb Soy sauce
 1 Clove garlic

 1 md Onion, cut in wedges
 cooked noodles
 10 3/4 oz Cream of broccoli soup

Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips.

In a skillet over medium high heat, in hot oil, cook beef and garlicuntil beef is browned.

Cook 5 minutes, stirring often.

Stir in soup, water and soy sauce.
