Old Fashioned Fried Cornmeal Mush is a recipe handed down from generation to generation. It goes well with bacon or sausage for breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

 4 large eggs
 ½ cup ricotta cheese
 ¼ cup heavy cream
 2 tablespoons Splenda
 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
 ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
 1 teaspoon oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Mix all the ingredients together, and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cut into quarters.

Heat the oil in a skillet, and fry the four pieces until they're brown on both sides. Serve with your favorite topping.
