Fried Rice (Chef’S) Recipe

Fried rice is a dish consisting of rice that has been stir-fried in a wok or a frying pan and is usually mixed with other ingredients such as eggs, vegetables, and meat.

 ½ c Cooked chicken
 ¼ c Soy sauce
 2 tb Butter
 2 ea Green onions, finely chopped
 ½ c Egg beaters substitute
 ½ c Fresh or cooked peas
 2 c Cooked rice

Use ham, pork, turkey, seafood, rattlesnake, or wieners instead ofchicken.

Cut meat into very small pieces.

Melt butter in frying pan orwok.

4

Add beaten eggs and stir to keep cooked egg pieces small.

Stir inrice and meat, mixing thoroughly.

Add soy sauce and stir until color ofrice is fairly uniform.

Add vegetables and continue to cook until heatedthrough.

Meat and vegetables are optional.

You may add several kinds orleave out all together.
