4 slices of country-style French bread, about 1 inch thick1 log fresh goat cheese (about 6 ounces), cut into 4 slices1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped3/4 cup honey (clover, heather, lavender, orange blossom)Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
