This recipe is for Good Old American White Rolls.Ingredients:1 package active dry yeast1 cup warm water1/2 cup sugar1 teaspoon salt1/4 cup vegetable oil4 cups all-purpose flourInstructions:In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Add the sugar, salt, oil, and 2 cups of the flour. Mix until well blended. Stir in enough of the remaining flour to form a soft dough.Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about an hour.Punch down the dough and turn out onto a floured surface. Divide into 12 pieces and shape into rolls. Place on a greased baking sheet and let rise for another 10-15 minutes.Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

 2 pk YEAST
 1 1/2 c WATER
 2 tb SUGAR
 3 tb BUTTER
 4 tb NONFAT DRY MILK
 2 ts HONEY
 2 ts SALT

IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE 2 1/2 CUPS FLOUR, YEAST, SUGAR, DRY MILK, ANDSALT.

MIX WELL.

IN A SAUCE PAN, HEAT WATER AND OIL TO 120 DEG F.

ADD TOFLOUR MIXTURE.

BLEND AT LOW SPEED UNTIL MOISTENED.

BEAT AT MEDIUM SPEEDFOR 3 MINUTES.

BY HAND ADD ENOUGH FLOUR TO MAKE A FIRM DOUGH.

KNEAD ONFLOURED SURFACE FOR 5 TO 8 MINUTES.

PLACE IN GREASED BOWL, COVER, LET RISEFOR 25 MINUTES (FOR QUICK RISE YEAST) OR UNTIL DOUBLED IN SIZE.

PUNCH DOWNDOUGH.

DIVIDE INTO TWO EQUAL PARTS.
