Grandma’S Meat Loaf Recipe

There is no one specific recipe for Grandma's meatloaf. Each grandmother likely has her own special recipe that has been passed down through the family.  1 1/2 lb Ground round or sirloin
 ¼ c Catsup
 1 ea Egg
 1 ts Onion powder
 1 c Bread crumbs, plain
 1 ts Garlic powder

Mix all ingredients well.

Place in bread pan lined with plastic wrap.

Press to form a firm loaf.

Turn pan over onto a wire rack in a bakingdish.

Pour 2 tbsp.

catsup over the top of the meat loaf.

Place 2 or 3strips of bacon across the top.

Bake at 350 deg f for 1 hour and 15minutes.
