 oil for brushing
 150 passata (sieved tomatoes)
 15 green or red pesto sauce
 12 slices French bread
 26 ⅔ freshly grated Parmesan cheese
 25 pine nuts or flaked almonds

2. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in a wide flameproof dish.
