A heavenly fudge sauce recipe is a recipe for a sauce made from chocolate and cream, typically served over ice cream.

½ c butter or margarine
4 oz semi sweet chocolate
3 c sugar
12 oz evaporated milk

Melt butter in pan over low heat.

Drop in chocolate squares and allow tomelt.

Add sugar a little at a time and stir to mix after each addition.

Slowly stir in evaporated milk.

Heat just until warm.

Sauce thickens whenit cools.
