Herb Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Herb roasted potatoes are a classic side dish that are simple to make and go with a variety of main dishes.  ½ ts Salt
 2 Cloves garlic
 ¼ ts Pepper
 1 tb Chopped fresh rosemary

Preheat oven to 450 deg f.

Coat large roasting pan with nonstick spray.

Inthe roasting pan combine potatoes, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Toss to coat potatoes well.

Bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are forktender and golden brown.
