Homemade Cream Soup Mix Recipe

There is no one definitive recipe for homemade cream soup mix. However, common ingredients in cream soup mix recipes include dried milk, cornstarch, salt, onion powder, and pepper. Some recipes also call for dried parsley or other herbs.

 2 c Dry non-fat dry milk
 1 ts Basil leaves
 ¾ c Cornstarch
 1 ts Thyme leaves
 ¼ c Chicken or vegetable stock
 ½ ts Freshly ground black pepper
 2 tb Dried onion flakes
