IN A DEEP BOWL, AT HIGH SPEED OF AN ELECTRIC MIXER, BEAT THE EGG UNTILTHICK AND LEMON COLORED.

ADD SUGAR, SALT, DRY MUSTARD, PAPRIKA AND PEPPER.

ADD ONE CUP OF OIL IN A SMALL PENCIL STREAM, BEATING UNTILMIXTURE BEGINS TO THICKEN.

ADD LEMON JUICE, MIXING WELL.

ADD REMAININGOIL, IN A THIN STREAMBEATING ON HIGH UNTIL MIXTURE IS THICK.
