Honey caramels are a type of candy made with honey and caramel. They are often made into small, bite-sized pieces and are often enjoyed as a sweet treat or snack.

 2 c honey
 1 c nuts, chopped
 1 c evaporated milk
 1 ea pinch salt
 3 tb butter
 1 ts vanilla

Mix honey and milk together.

Cook, stirring constantly, to firm ballstage: 255 degrees on candy thermometer.

Stir in butter, nuts, saltand vanilla.

Pour into buttered 8-inch pan.

Cool and cut into one-inch squares.
