There are many recipes for honey crunch popcorn, but they all generally follow the same basic method. First, the popcorn is popped in a hot air popper or on the stovetop. Once it is popped, it is placed in a large bowl. Next, a mixture of honey and butter is melted together and poured over the popcorn. Finally, the popcorn is coated with a mixture of sugar and spices.

 6 c POPPED CORN, (AIR POPPED)

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEG F.

IN A SMALL SAUCE PAN COMBINE HONEY, SUGAR,BUTTER AND SALT.

HEAT UNTIL BUTTER HAS MELTED.

IN A LARGE ROASTING PAN,COMBINE POPPED CORN, AND CEREAL.

POUR HONEY MIXTURE OVER THE TOP AND STIRTO COAT ALL PIECES WELL.

BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES, STIRRING ONCE.
